Returns and Warranty Policy

Return Policy - Your Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day you acquired, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
Exceptions to Returns
Please note that customized/personalized items, which are created according to your specific requirements, are not eligible for return. This will be clearly indicated on the product page before purchase.
Return Procedure
a) Inform us about your decision to withdraw by sending an email to hello@thessc.club. Include your order number and items you wish to return.
b) Package your items - Items should be in a condition that allows us to resell them. You can try on the items like you would in a store.
c) Ship the items to: Space Logistics (THE SSC Returns) ul. Kręta 36 boczna rampa, Ożarów Mazowiecki, 05-850, Poland.
d) Costs - We will refund the full product price and original shipping costs, you will only bear the direct cost of returning the goods. In case of choosing a more expensive type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, we are not required to reimburse the additional costs.
Refund Processing
We will:
- Carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction
- Process your refund without undue delay and not later than:
- 14 days from the day we are informed about your withdrawal from the contract
- We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest
Quality Issues
If you receive a defective item:

- Include photos of the defect and your order number
- We will cover return shipping costs for defective items
- A replacement or full refund will be processed upon receipt of the defective item

Warranty Period
- All our products come with a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery
- This warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use conditions
Warranty Exclusions The warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by:
- Improper use of the product
- Failure to follow care guidelines provided with the product
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidents or misuse

- Our team will review your claim and respond within 10 business days.

- We will resolve all warranty claims within 14 days of receiving the item at our service point.
