NIP: 5243025161, KRS: 0001143647, REGON: 540394848 ("THE SSC," "us," "we," "our") through our website ("thessc.club") or its mobile version. By using our website and/or placing an order, you accept these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please review these Terms carefully before placing an order. Failure to accept these Terms prevents the use of THE SSC's offerings and the purchase of our products.

The availability of products and services on our website at any given time neither indicates nor guarantees their continuous availability. We reserve the right to:

  • Products can be added to cart in available models, sizes, colors, and quantities

b) Order Placement

  • Customer confirms purchase decision by clicking "Order/Place Order"
  • Customer provides required personal information
  • Customer selects delivery method and payment option
  • Customer accepts final order cost (product price plus shipping)

c) Order Verification

  • THE SSC verifies payment status and product availability
  • Successful verification occurs when payment is received and products are confirmed available

d) Order Fulfillment

  • Maximum processing time is 5 business days from payment confirmation
  • Customer receives shipping confirmation email
  • We strive to process orders as quickly as possible

e) Order Completion

  • Process concludes upon customer receipt of order
  • Customer assumes responsibility for product upon delivery

If we cannot fulfill an order, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund any payments made using the original payment method or an alternative method if necessary.
